Eleah Hyatt is a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist (TN 1165), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, AAMFT Approved Supervisor and a certified TraumaPlay ™ Supervisor with experience working in both nonprofit and private practice clinical settings.
Eleah offers a warm and supportive presence while taking an active role in helping clients move through areas of distress and confusion. Her therapeutic style incorporates systemic, creative arts, attachment theory and problem- focused approaches to treatment. Through a collaborative process, she seeks to discover client and family strengths and leverages these insights to facilitate movement towards integration, increased resilience and positive life change.
Eleah has completed training in EMDR, Theraplay™, Group Theraplay™, TBRI, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, TF-CBT and TraumaPlay™. She is a Registered COSP™ Facilitator through the Circle of Security International ® and has accumulated years of advanced play therapy training and experience.
At the heart of her clinical practice is a desire to help individuals and families rediscover shared joy as they navigate challenging life circumstances and co create stronger, reparative and meaningful connections with Self and each other.
Having been raised internationally, she holds a deep appreciation for culture and diversity, honoring the influence of various countries and worldviews on her own personal growth and development.
